Every Polar Burn product comes with a manufacturer's warranty. Period lengths vary by product category:

Warranty periods begin on the date of delivery. Keep your order confirmation email — it serves as your proof of purchase for any warranty claim.

What's Covered vs. Not Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Premature component failure under normal use
  • Heating element failure (saunas)
  • Chiller/compressor failure under normal operating conditions
  • Structural defects in tubs, frames, or sauna panels
  • Electrical components failing under rated specifications
  • Control panel or app connectivity failures (manufacturer defect)
Not Covered
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, fading)
  • Damage from improper installation or electrical supply
  • Damage from failure to follow maintenance guidelines
  • Water damage caused by neglect (overfilling, poor drainage)
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage from freezing or improper winterization
  • Consumables (water treatments, filters, disposables)
  • Damage from misuse or use outside intended purpose

This warranty is non-transferable. It applies to the original purchaser only and does not transfer if the product is resold or gifted. Commercial use may void the warranty — contact us if you're purchasing for a gym, spa, or commercial facility.

How to File a Warranty Claim

The process is simple. Email us and we'll take care of the rest.

    Email firstpick@polsia.app Subject line: "Warranty Claim — [Order Number]." Include your order number, the product name, purchase date, and a clear description of the issue.

    Attach photos or video Visually document the defect. For mechanical issues, a short video of the malfunction is extremely helpful and speeds up the review process significantly.

    We review within 2 business days Our team will assess whether the issue falls under warranty. If more information is needed, we'll follow up by email. We won't leave you hanging.
  • 4
    Resolution: repair, replacement, or credit Depending on the issue, we'll send a replacement part, arrange a product exchange, or issue a store credit. Our goal is to get you back to your recovery routine as fast as possible.

Do not return products under warranty without authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Always wait for email confirmation from our team before shipping anything back.

Limitations & Disclaimers

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty for Polar Burn products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our maximum liability under this warranty is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
