17 Years. Built from Nothing.
For 17 years, I built and ran FedEx delivery routes on Long Island. I started from nothing, grew them into a real business, and eventually sold them. Then I launched a first aid supply company — and lost everything when COVID hit.
I went back to work for the guy who bought my routes. Most people would've called it quits. I just called it Monday.
17 Years on the Route
Started from nothing. Built FedEx delivery routes on Long Island into a real, profitable business. Sold them.
First Aid Supply Company
Launched a new business. It was real. Then COVID hit. Lost everything.
Back to the Route
Went back to work for the guy who bought the routes. Not defeat — just the next Monday. Six years later, still there.
I'm still working for the guy who bought my routes. Six years now. Same route, same early mornings, same grind. And I'm building Polar Burn anyway — before the shifts, after them, on weekends. Because the mission doesn't wait for the perfect moment.
When the Body Says Stop
Then my body hit a wall. I was diagnosed with rhabdomyolysis — a condition where your muscles literally break down from overwork. It was a wake-up call I couldn't ignore. For the first time in my life, I had to stop grinding and start recovering.
For the first time in my life, I had to stop grinding and start recovering.
That's when I discovered cold plunges, infrared saunas, and real recovery tools. Not spa-day stuff — tools that actually help your body come back stronger. The kind of recovery pro athletes have had access to for years, but regular people like us never got.
Why Polar Burn Exists
Polar Burn exists to change that. This brand is for the contractors, the drivers, the nurses, the parents working doubles — the people who push their bodies every single day and deserve to recover like the pros do.
I've built businesses. I've lost businesses. I've been broken down and built back up. Polar Burn is everything I've learned, wrapped into one mission:
Help relentless people recover like they train.
