Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. Email firstpick@polsia.app immediately with your order number. Once an order enters fulfillment, changes aren't guaranteed but we'll do what we can.

Stripe's checkout supports Buy Now Pay Later options depending on your location and eligibility — these appear automatically at checkout when available. For large orders over $3,000, contact us at firstpick@polsia.app and we'll work with you directly.

Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after checkout via Stripe. If you don't see it within 15 minutes, check your spam folder. If it's still missing, email us with your name and the last 4 digits of your payment card.

Yes. Orders over $150 ship free, automatically. No code required — it's applied at checkout. Orders under $150 are charged a flat $9.99 shipping fee.

Accessories and small items typically arrive in 3–5 business days. Large items — cold plunges, saunas, chillers — typically ship in 7–14 business days via freight carrier. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Delivery windows are estimates. Remote areas may take 1–3 days longer.

Currently we ship within the continental United States. We're working on expanding to Canada and international markets. Sign up for our email list to get notified when international shipping launches.

Large items ship via freight carrier. Delivery is typically curbside or threshold (front door/garage) — not inside your home. The carrier will call ahead to schedule a delivery window. Make sure there's a clear path from the street to your delivery point.

Ice bath — a basin or tub you fill with ice and water. Manual, budget-friendly, great for beginners. No electricity needed.

Cold plunge — a purpose-built tub with insulation, often paired with a chiller unit to maintain precise temperatures automatically. Cleaner, more consistent, long-term investment.

Barrel plunge — a vertical barrel format, usually made of cedar or stainless steel. Space-efficient, excellent insulation. Can be used standalone or paired with a chiller.

Most accessories and portable items run on standard 110V outlets. Cold plunge chillers typically require a dedicated 110V–120V outlet (15–20 amp). Infrared saunas require a dedicated 110V/120V 20-amp circuit. Full-size traditional saunas may require 240V. Specific requirements are listed on each product page. When in doubt, consult a licensed electrician before installation.

Most of our infrared sauna models are pre-assembled panel systems — they arrive in panels that interlock without tools. Setup typically takes 30–60 minutes for one person. You'll need a dedicated electrical outlet nearby. No contractor required.

Yes — many of our cold plunges and saunas come in multiple configurations (1-person, 2-person, wood options, etc.). Variants are shown on the product detail page. If you need help choosing, email firstpick@polsia.app and we'll point you in the right direction.

For chiller-equipped plunges: keep pH between 7.2–7.6, use a non-foaming sanitizer (bromine or nature-2 mineral cartridge), and test water 2–3x per week. Drain and refill every 4–8 weeks depending on usage. Don't leave water sitting uncirculated for more than 48 hours.

For ice baths: drain and refill after each session, or use fresh ice. No chemicals needed for single-session use.

Wipe down the interior with a damp cloth after each session. Use a sauna-safe wood cleaner monthly. Never use chemical cleaners inside the sauna. Leave the door slightly ajar after use to dry the interior and prevent mold. Sand the bench lightly with fine-grit sandpaper annually to refresh the wood surface.

Beginners: start at 55–60°F (13–15°C) for 1–2 minutes. Intermediate: 50–55°F (10–13°C) for 3–5 minutes. Advanced: 45–50°F (7–10°C) for up to 10 minutes. Never cold plunge alone. Consult a physician if you have cardiovascular conditions before starting a cold therapy protocol.
