Free shipping on all orders over $150. Applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $9.99.

We ship to all addresses in the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories may incur additional freight charges — contact us before ordering if you're in one of these locations.

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, remote locations, and weather events may affect timing. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Large item (freight) deliveries: The carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery window. Delivery is curbside or threshold — not inside the home. Ensure there's clear access from the street to your delivery point. If you need inside delivery or assembly, contact us at firstpick@polsia.app before ordering.

If your item arrives damaged in transit, document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours. Do not discard original packaging — it's required for freight claims.

Return Policy

We stand behind what we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. Here's how it works:

  • ✓ 30-day return window — from the date of delivery.
  • ✓ Unused and in original packaging — items must be in the same condition received, with all original materials included.
  • ✓ No return shipping cost for defective items — we cover return shipping on items that arrive broken or malfunctioning.
  • ✗ 15% restocking fee on large items — cold plunges, saunas, and chillers require a 15% restocking fee on non-defective returns due to freight handling costs.
  • ✗ No returns on final sale items — items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase are not eligible for return.
  • ✗ No returns on used items — products that show signs of use (filled with water, assembled, powered on) cannot be returned unless defective.

Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the customer's responsibility. For large/freight items, this can be significant. If you're unsure whether a product is right for you, email us before ordering — we'd rather answer your questions upfront than process a return.

How to Return an Item

    Email us within 30 days of delivery Send your return request to firstpick@polsia.app with your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and the reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or defective.

    Receive your RMA number We'll respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not ship items back without an RMA — they may be refused.
  • 3
    Pack and ship the item Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box. Ship using a trackable carrier and retain your tracking number.
  • 4
    Refund processed within 5 business days Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Bank processing time may add 3–5 additional days.

Exchanges

We don't process traditional exchanges — instead, return the item for a refund and place a new order for what you want. This gets the right product to you faster.
